Q: Placing An Order
How do I place an order on the website?
A:
All orders are placed via our website. Due to the high volume of internet orders we do not take phone orders at this time. You may also mail in your order. Simply complete an order on line and mail in your check or money order payment with a copy of the order. Please do not send in a check and/or money order if an online order has not been completed and placed first. To place an order, click on the "add to cart" button next to each item. You can then check out or continue shopping and adding products to your cart. You will have the option of creating an account that will store your personal information (ie: Name, email, shipping address), so the next time you shop with us, all you will to do is log into your account. However, you do not need to have an account saved to purchase from the store. If you experience any difficulties when ordering, please contact us so we may try to assist you. Purchasing from this site represents that you have read all the information on the FAQ page and are in agreement with all policies and statements.
Q: Payment Methods
What forms of payment are accepted?
A:
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover and Paypal payments. We also accept US checks and US money orders. Orders paid by check or money orders MUST be received in office within 5 days of order date or the order will automatically be deleted in our systems. Orders paid by check or money order will have a 7-10 day processing delay until the payment clears our financial institute. There will be a $40.00 service charge for any returned checks. No exceptions. At this time our systems do not accept credit card gift cards. Check and money order payments can be made payable to The Hutch with Mutch. Payments can be mailed to the following address: 1802 State Route 31 Suite 2, PMB #339 Clinton, NJ 08809 All Canadian orders must be paid by credit card or Paypal. No checks or international money orders will be accepted.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Only New Jersey residents will be charged 7% sales tax.

Shipping is only within the United States and Canada at this time.

What are the shipping charges for my order?
A:
For orders within the 48 Contiguous United States the following shipping charges* (with insurance included) will apply: 00.01-20.00=6.95 20.01-30.00=8.95 30.01-50.00=10.95 50.01-75.00=12.95 75.01-100.00=14.95 100.01-150.00=17.95 150.01-199.99=21.95 200.00 and over=10% of sale *Hawaii, Alaska and Canada orders will be packed and weighed. An e-mail will then be sent with the total shipping charges for approval prior to billing credit card. *We do not ship First Class except for Gift Certificates. *Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.
Q: Shipping Time and Carriers
When will my order ship? What carriers are used to ship my order?
A:
In stock orders ship out usually within 7 BUSINESS days from date of order. If an order is placed on the weekend and/or holiday than the processing time will start on the following business day. Some items such as handcrafted goods, all textiles and quilted handbags require additional shipping time. Please inquire on shipping time of these goods prior to placing an order.
Your order/s will be shipped via the United States Post Office (Priority Mail) and/or UPS. Some shipments may arrive in multiple packages. It may be less expensive to ship two smaller packages than one larger package since most carriers base their shipping chages on not only weight but the box dimensions as well.
Q: Returns and Damages
What do I need to do if I want to return an item? Are there any items that can't be returned? What should I do if there is damage to my box or items?
A:
We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. On the rare occassion you should want to make a return, you MUST contact us via e-mail within three days of the received purchase and we will be glad to issue you STORE CREDIT OR AN EXCHANGE ONLY upon receipt of goods. Do not return products if you have not contacted us first. Any return made without contact first will be denied. Goods must be returned in UNUSED and resellable condition and in their original packaging. All textiles must be UNWASHED. There are no exceptions to the above. Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable. All packages must be prepaid and insured and received in our office within seven days of return notification.
There are some products that cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons. There is no exception to this. Products such as bath and body items and food items are NOT returnable for any reason.
All goods are shipped out in good condition and packed well. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the carrier after your package has left our facility. If you should receive a package with damage, kindly contact the CARRIER immediately. Leave all packaging materials in the box and keep any labels attached.
Q: Coupons and Vouchers
I have a coupon and/or voucher for this site. How do I redeem it?
A:
All coupons and vouchers may be redeemed for merchandise and/or shipping specials on the check out page. Each coupon and voucher will have a code that MUST be entered at check out. If a coupon and/or voucher code is not entered at time of check out, we regret that we cannot go back and change the order.
Q: Gift Certificates
Can I purchase a gift certificate?
A:
Gifts certificates are available for sale. Gift certificates are redeemable for merchandise only on this site. All certificates expire within six months from the date of purchase. Gift certificates must be used in full at time of purchase to be valid.

Do you sell the items on this site at wholesale?
A:
At this time we do not sell our products wholesale. We are strictly a retail site only.

Some of our legal disclaimers are as follows but are not limited to the following: Many of the items listed for sale on this site are to be considered country and primitive home decor and gifts. Therefore, it is very common for these items to have slight imperfections, stains, rust and/or look distressed in appearance. Many of the above qualities are achieved purposely to give the items an old, used and antique look. These imperfections should not be viewed as defects. We cannot be held responsible for computer monitor color differences. Please note that we will not be held responsible in any way for any damages, loss and/or injury that may occur due to the use and/or misuse of any of the products purchased on this site. Bath and body and/or food products include ingredients on every package and should be read PRIOR to use and/or consumption. We will not be responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur due to use of said products.
