Q: Placing An Order
How do I place an order on the website?
A:
All orders are placed via our website. Due to the high volume of internet orders we do not take phone orders at this time. To place an order, click on the "add to cart" button next to each item. You can then check out or continue shopping and adding products to your cart. You will have the option of creating an account that will store your personal information (ie: Name, email, shipping address), so the next time you shop with us, all you will to do is log into your account. However, you do not need to have an account saved to purchase from the store. If you experience any difficulties when ordering, please contact us so we may try to assist you. Purchasing from this site represents that you have read all the information on the FAQ page and are in agreement with all policies and statements.
Q: Payment Methods
What forms of payment are accepted?
A:
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover and Paypal payments. At this time our systems do not accept credit card gift cards. As of January 1, 2009, we no longer accept checks or money order payments via the website.
Q: Sales Tax
Do I have to pay sales tax?
A:
Only New Jersey residents will be charged 7% sales tax.

Where do you ship?
A:
Shipping is only within the United States and Canada at this time.

What are the shipping charges for my order?
A:
For orders within the 48 Contiguous United States, s/h charges* (with insurance included) is calculated at checkout before the order is finalized. Shipping on orders 200.00 or more is 15% of the sub-total sale. *Hawaii, Alaska and Canada orders will be packed and weighed. An e-mail will then be sent with the total shipping charges for approval prior to billing credit card. *We do not ship First Class except for Gift Certificates. *All orders include insurance. *Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.
Q: Shipping Time and Carriers
When will my order ship? What carriers are used to ship my order?
A:
If an order is placed on the weekend and/or holiday than the processing time will start on the following business day. Some items such as handcrafted goods, made to order (ie: SIGNS, GAMEBOARDS, TISSUE BOXES etc...), all textiles and quilted handbags can take up to 15-20 BUSINESS days to ship. WE DO NOT STOCK OUR made to order items. All other orders not including the above items will ship within 7 BUSINESS days. Please inquire on shipping time of these goods PRIOR to placing an order. Any item not in stock will be noted on packing slip and a new order will need to be placed.
Your order/s will be shipped via the United States Post Office (Priority Mail) and/or UPS. Some shipments may arrive in multiple packages. It may be less expensive to ship two smaller packages than one larger package since most carriers base their shipping chages on not only weight but the box dimensions as well.
Q: Returns and Damages
What do I need to do if I want to return an item? Are there any items that can't be returned? What should I do if there is damage to my box or items?
A:
We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. On the rare occassion you should want to make a return, you MUST contact us via e-mail within five days of the received purchase and we will be glad to issue you credit, store credit and/or an exchange upon receipt of goods. Do not return products if you have not contacted us first. Any return made without contact first will be denied. A 25% restocking fee applies to ALL returns. Store credit, exchanges and/or an order error on our part will be exempt from the restocking fee. Goods must be returned in UNUSED and resellable condition and in their original packaging. All textiles must be UNWASHED and UNUSED. There are NO exceptions to the above. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All packages must be prepaid and insured and received in our office within seven days of return notification.
There are some products that cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons. There is no exception to this. Products such as bath and body items are NOT returnable for any reason.
All goods are shipped out in good condition and packed well. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the carrier after your package has left our facility. If you should receive a package with damage, kindly contact the CARRIER immediately. Leave all packaging materials in the box and keep any labels attached. Cost of damaged items can be refundable. However, shipping charges are non-refundable. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR HOW LONG IT MIGHT TAKE A CARRIER TO PROCESS A CLAIM. We do our best to process our paperwork as quickly as possible but that does not mean the carrier will do the same. It can thirty days for some carriers to process their claims.
Q: Coupons and Vouchers
I have a coupon and/or voucher for this site. How do I redeem it?
A:
All coupons and vouchers may be redeemed for merchandise and/or shipping specials on the check out page. Each coupon and voucher will have a code that MUST be entered at check out. If a coupon and/or voucher code is not entered at time of check out, we regret that we cannot go back and change the order.
Q: Gift Certificates
Can I purchase a gift certificate?
A:
Gifts certificates are available for sale. Gift certificates are redeemable for merchandise only on this site. All certificates expire within six months from the date of purchase. Gift certificates must be used in full at time of purchase to be valid.
Q: Wholesale Inquiries
Do you sell the items on this site at wholesale?
A:
At this time we do not sell our products wholesale. We are strictly a retail site only.

Many of the above qualities are achieved purposely to give the items an old, used and antique look. These imperfections should not be viewed as defects.
